The Arapahoe Retail building completed in 2018 was intended as a multi-tenant space to house class A retail, restaurant, bar & brewery spaces. The ground up build was designed for flexibility and function - with fantastic views on the mountains from the rooftop patio, bright and airy interior, and a combination of innovative materials and timeless aesthetic, this build provides its owner and tenants with infinite opportunities to showcase their creations.
